Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of the GOFLEET website. Use of the GOFLEET platform is additionally governed by the subscription agreement signed with each customer company.

1Service status

GOFLEET is in active development. Modules described on this website may be on the roadmap and not yet available in production. Descriptions are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

2Accounts & access

Access to the platform is granted to customer companies and the users they invite. Each company is responsible for managing its users, roles and permissions, and for keeping credentials confidential.

3Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access another company's data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized recording of communications.

4Customer data

Each customer company remains the owner of the data it enters into GOFLEET. GOFLEET processes this data only to provide the service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5Subscriptions

Plans, limits (vehicles, drivers, users, storage, call retention) and prices are defined in each customer's subscription. Trials, renewals and invoicing follow the terms of that subscription.

6Intellectual property

The GOFLEET name, website content, software and visual identity are protected. No rights are transferred other than the right to use the service under these terms.

The website is provided as is. GOFLEET is not liable for indirect damages resulting from its use. Platform service levels are defined in the customer subscription agreement.
